On the entrance/ground floor; security, photocopying, tablet usage area, information desk, catalog scanning, disabled unit, multi-purpose conference hall, in the basement floor; technical service, free and comfortable working area, on the mezzanine floor; personnel units, on the 1st and 2nd floors; There are printed resources, reading rooms, group study rooms, individual study areas, a thesis study room, reading room on the 3rd floor.

At the ground-floor library entrance, there is an oval-shaped information desk designed to provide 360-degree service to all directions and to the disabled. There are self-check devices where users can borrow the books on their own by simply scanning their corporate ID cards after selecting the books they want without needing anyone else.

In addition to standart services such as an electronic catalog scanning service, a thesis study room, security, and a photocopy unit, a comprehensive disabled library, which is seen in very few university libraries, serves all types of disabled people. Our disabled library will serve not only the disabled within our university but also all disabled people in our city by making a protocol with the governorship. To give a few examples of its functions: Acoustic sound recording and reading  cabin to create audio books for the visually impaired, software and hardware to use all functions of computers, Braille converter program and Braille printer, document reader and portable book reading machine to scan any book and make it audible , etc. There are devices for all your needs. There is equipment that allows physically disabled people, for example, a person without arms, to control the computer without using their hands.

There is a information display screen in the ground-floor lobby section, where library services are introduced. At the same time, academic publications and newspapers from all over the world can be followed in full text in the tablet area created in the lobby and waiting area.

The multi-purpose conference hall is a convertible hall and can be used for many purposes. Computers can be embedded and removed from the tables whenever desired, thus the living room. The computer laboratory can be made available in a very short time for many purposes, such as making presentations, films and screenings, activities of student clubs, software training, database training, and recitals. In addition, thanks to the personal lockers in the hall that can be encrypted and locked, work can be interrupted whenever and for as long as desired without worrying about the security of personal belongings.

The research guidance unit was established to provide publications for advanced academic studies and to support the publication process.

In the Free Working Area on the Basement Floor, comfortable areas have been created that allow you to work horizontally, as we see abroad, during long-term reading.

In the reading rooms, there is a professional scanning device where users can scan the relevant parts of the book and save them to their own USB memory or send them to their e-mail or cloud accounts instead of borrowing the book if they need a certain part of it. Thus, the resources available can be delivered to the desired person more efficiently and quickly.

Students have the opportunity to make presentations on large screens integrated into the tables in the group study rooms on the floors.

On the 4th floor, which is the top floor, there is a reading room.

Our library also has a first aid room for first aid in case of a health emergency.

The total seating capacity of our library is 618.

The publication collection in our library is classified according to the Library of Congress Classification System, and cataloging is carried out according to the Anglo American Cataloging Rules (AACR2). Technical and reader services are provided through the Yordam Library Automation System. An open shelving system is applied in our library.

Our library is a member of TUBITAK EKUAL (Electronic Resources National Academic License), TUBESS (Turkish Document Supply System), and ANKOS (Anatolian University Libraries Consortium). Within the scope of Erasmus, it has a bilateral agreement with the Charles University Library of the Czech Republic.
